Girish S Pillai is a Kerala leader and politician currently serving as the President of Pravasi Nivasi Party (PNP), a registered political party, who looks after the welfare of Pravasi’s and their Nivasi’s all over india and abroad.  He was elected the president of powerful group ‘State democratic Front’ recently.

During his school days at Veraval in Gujarat, Mr Pillai was involved in social activities and shown as a multi talented personality and elected as Interact Club President by the Rotary club in Gujarat.  During his school days, he has shown the skill in the field of Badminton in state level, Football and Cricket in district level competitions.

Active political career in his life started in 2015.  Considering his attitude and dedication towards political activities, the  party elected him as State president in 2019.  In 2020 he became the Chairman of State Democratic Front (SDF), a political movement in Kerala having many registered and recognized political parties and associations as allies to face the upcoming elections and is a mass movement.  He  is a human right activist who involved in the field like Sabarimala issue.

Besides that, he is a well known business man carried out projects with Adani Group in Vizhinjam  sea port.  He pioneered Al-dana  Al-thabia foodstuff trading company, in Dubai and Mega Trading Corporation and Pillai Associates. While supplying rock boulders to Padma River Project in Bangladesh and 2017 he assigned exclusive nodal contract for supplying of entire row boulders in Vizhinjam International Sea Port Ltd. with Adani Group,   and also he had been assigned as their liaison for the total Vizhinjam project.
